HOW MUCH DO LESSONS COST?
DRIVING LESSON PRICES
DRIVING TESTS
Please do not book a driving test without first checking that an instructor is available - we will require that any new student wanting to take their test has a minimum of 5 hours driving lessons with us first, to ensure we feel you are safe to use our vehicles for the driving test.
HOW MANY HOURS?
DVSA advise that most learners take between 30 - 50 hours of driving lessons with a driving instructor and a further 20 - 30 hours of private practise.
HOW LONG ARE LESSONS
Most of our learners take hour and half lessons. They feel this is just the right amount of time to be able to get enough out of each lesson, but not being too little or too much.
WHAT YOU GET
It's not just about driving, we offer more to help you though your learning to drive experience. We give you free access to theory test pro, use Total Drive app where you can track lessons and progress, and we ensure our instructors are always upto date with the latest training materials and guidance.
LESSON PRICES
Although we are not the cheapest, we keep our prices in line with others in our area. We ensure that you get the most out of each lesson, spending more time driving, and less time parked at the side of the road. Our instructors use the Total Drive student app, which all learners have access to, and allows you to track your progress in real time. Most learners with us pass in less time.
PAYMENTS
Payments for lessons can be made in advance or on the day of your driving lesson. You can pay by cash, bank transfer or by card, either online or using the Total Drive app.

As soon as an available slot becomes available we will contact you to arrange your first lesson. Current waiting times are around 4 weeks depending on your area. Adding to our waiting list will guarantee that once an available slot comes in your area, you will be next in line to book a lesson.
